Operation Beautiful

I really love the premise behind Operation Beautiful - change the way you see, not the way you look.

What a radical idea! I even participated in Operation Beautiful by leaving a note last year.

This self-love book is broad and covers a wide variety of topics. I'll always support messages that encourage women to love themselves and treat their bodies like friends, not enemies! I'd recommend this book for girls in late high school and college-age women. 63/100

Eat breakfast.
If you need help, ask.
What's the worst that could happen?
Write it down and you're less likely to forget it.
Believe in your dream!
Be who you are.
Leave 10 minutes early and be happier on your way.
Arguments start and end with the same tone.
It doesn't cost you anything to be nice.
You can't have a reasonable conversation with an unreasonable person.
Sometimes you have to toot your own horn. Beep beep!

Learn from your mistakes, then make new ones.
Do the important things first.
Rip plastic surgery ads out of magazines and toss them in the garbage.
Create a life that fits you perfectly.
Keep TV's, laptops, and even cell phones out of the bedroom.
When someone else is talking, really listen.
When shopping, if it's not 100% yes, it's a no.
Try new things, even if you're scared.
If you're doing more than one thing at a time, you're not doing one of them well.
