Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.

My inner hippie loved this book by Michael Pollan. Some of the stuff I already knew, but I learned a lot from listening to this book. It's got me thinking about how what I eat makes a difference.

I also really liked this New York Times article Out of the Kitchen, Onto the Couch.
