On this day four years ago, I walked down the aisle to Barry White's "Can't Get Enough of Your Love, Babe" and married My Heart's Desire.

Eat breakfast.
If you need help, ask.
What's the worst that could happen?
Write it down and you're less likely to forget it.

Keep TV's, laptops, and even cell phones out of the bedroom.
When someone else is talking, really listen.
When shopping, if it's not 100% yes, it's a no.
Try new things, even if you're scared.
If you're doing more than one thing at a time, you're not doing one of them well.
